THE FOUNDERS
Rima Jaber, a founding partner of JH Legal Group, is a seasoned attorney with over 26 years of experience in commercial litigation and contractual disputes. Drawing inspiration from her father, she has a profound passion for law and represents prestigious clients in the educational, development, and governmental sectors. Her expertise spans across various industries, including the development of corporate structures and digital law, where she recently established an in-house digital department.
Rima has successfully overseen numerous mediations and settlements, working with a diverse range of clients from government departments to private sector businesses across UAE, Lebanon, and Iraq. Known for her forward-thinking approach and involvement in progressive organizations, she also contributes significantly to community service through her roles in the Iraqi-Lebanese Businessmen Committee, the IC parents committee, and various CSR activities focusing on education, food donation, and financial support for the needy and elderly.
Racha Haidar is a founding partner of JH Legal Group, bringing ten years of rich experience in commercial litigation with a specialization in contractual disputes, financial services, and contentious insolvency litigation. She has a comprehensive background in drafting and advising on commercial contracts, particularly in the oil and gas sector, where she has played a pivotal role in facilitating the entry of international oil companies into the Iraq oil fields.
Her expertise also extends to digital law, focusing on legal requirements for digital environments and implementing RegTech solutions for regulatory compliance. Serving as a consultant across UAE, Lebanon, and Iraq, Racha works with a diverse clientele ranging from international businesses to SMEs and start-ups. Her approach is marked by determination, dedication, and a steadfast belief in law and justice, consistently exceeding client expectations with innovative and bold legal strategies.
